Developer approval received for Glyde Street Apartments, Mosman Park
Peet is pleased to announce that today development approval was received for Glyde Street Apartments, Mosman Park, Peet’s latest apartment development located in Perth’s premium western suburbs.
The Metro Inner-North Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) approved the development today, after The Town of Mosman Park supported the application last week. The Responsible Authority Recommendation stated the proposal is considered to be of high quality and will present as a beacon identifying the Mosman Park area into the future.
Located on vibrant Glyde Street, the project is an 11-storey boutique development comprising 48 apartments with a mix of retail and dining on the ground floor.
Architecturally designed by leading Klopper and Davis Architects, the highly aesthetic design reflects the rich history of the area and the demand for luxury living near the coast.
