Perth Scorchers wins fifth BBL Championship

On behalf of the team at Peet, we would like to congratulate the Perth Scorchers on winning back-to-back BBL Championships.

The BBL Final broke crowd attendance records with 53,886 fans cheering on the home team, creating an electric atmosphere at Optus Stadium. We couldn’t have scripted a better Final, with Perth Scorchers’ players Cooper Connolly and Nick Hobson leading an outstanding comeback, winning the game in a nail-biting finish.

The historic win comes after Peet recently announced a further 1 year-extension as Principal Partner of the men’s and women’s teams. The natural fit between Peet and the Perth Scorchers through our values, culture and commitment to community engagement and innovation has seen our partnership go from strength to strength.

We are very proud of the fantastic partnership we have with the Scorchers, and are thrilled to see them win their fifth Championship title.
