Supporting International Women's Day 2023

At the heart of Peet’s DNA is creating a sense of belonging; a commitment we aim to live every day. This year’s IWD2023 theme of #EmbraceEquity was an opportunity for us to collectively make a meaningful contribution towards equity, inclusivity and belonging.

This year our team goal was to give back in a purposeful way that contributes to creating equity for women who are most in need, with particular focus on supporting disadvantaged women to return to the workforce.

We were pleased to support Dress for Success in Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide, Fitted for Work in Melbourne and Toora Women Inc in Canberra, by donating clothing to support women re-entering the workforce, toiletry items, bedding and non-perishable food.

By taking action we can help women gain employment and achieve financial independence.

We are proud to have a diverse workplace where everyone is welcome, valued and can feel a sense of belonging. And we are proud of the Peet team for living our values, and giving so generously to support women in need this International Women’s Day.
