Eglinton Station Now Open
Approximately 46-minutes from Perth by train, Eglinton Station is located along Pipidinny Road, east of Marmion Avenue and directly opposite our Elavale community. It's set to be a hub of retail, business and employment - as well as providing great connectivity via train and bus links to the local area and beyond.
Construction of the Yanchep Rail Extension is now complete, and the development of the Eglinton Town Centre won't be far behind.

Mitchell Freeway Extension
The highly anticipated Mitchell Freeway Extension to Romeo Road north of Perth is now officially open!
The freeway extends north from Hester Avenue in Clarkson through to Romeo Road in Alkimos, which is just 4km from your brand-new home in Elavale.
Marmion Avenue Dualling
The Marmion Avenue dualling of 11.5km of road to Yanchep was completed in July 2020, and has already provided a great reduction in traffic congestion for the local community. Elavale is also set to be conveniently accessed via 3 roundabouts, already constructed along Marmion Avenue.
Elavale Bike Paths
One of the features that sets Elavale apart is the focus on connectivity - to nature, to family, friends and neighbours, and to the surrounding local neighbourhood.
