When it came to choosing Elavale, we loved the overall layout and concept of friendly streets that encourage children to play outdoors, as well as being an easy estate to walk around in. We are really looking forward to having our own place. It is the perfect location away from the city and is in close proximity to the things which we enjoy such as Yanchep and the local cricket club.
Elavale has so many amenities to enjoy including the future public open space which will be just across the way from where we are building, it will make for a good late afternoon walk and possibly even see others play cricket there too! Another feature is the proximity to Mitchell Freeway and the Eglinton Train Station, so easy to walk from home after a daily commute. It’s very exciting to be part of the new development at Elavale, Peet is a respected developer, and I am confident they will keep building on their reputation. The final layout looks awesome.
