The First Homes Start at Woodville Rd!

We are pleased to share our latest birds-eye view of the development at Woodville Rd with you.
 
All civil stages are now complete! 
 
Excitingly, roads have been laid and footpaths are complete. The light poles have all been installed and car parking bays and pedestrian crossings have all been marked out.
 
We are also excited to see the landscaping starting shortly across the site and on reserves, and within the north-west reserve space, the Wetland Basin is further taking shape. 
 
Builders in Stage 1 have commenced laying the slabs of the first builds, and soon we will see the homes come to life.  There will be lot of these popping up over the next few weeks which our future residents will be excited to see.

Woodville Rd is now over 90% sold out, with only 10 terraces and 10 apartments remaining. With the last homes being released soon, please contact our Sales Team for more information about the upcoming final releases.
