Building Covenants and Detailed Area Plans have been prepared to assist purchasers in building their dream home.Homebuyers will be required to submit house plans to Peet for approval before starting home construction. Submission of plans for developers approval
As part of the restrictive covenants and to comply with the terms and conditions of your fencing and landscaping package, all house plan need to be submitted for Peet's approval prior to commencing construction. This is to ensure the plans comply with any conditions associated with the lot.
The approval company will need to be sent the following information:
- Site plan
- Floor plan
- Elevations
