Last month we held an exciting community event at one of our favourite locals, Bailey Brewing Co. It was an awesome opportunity for new purchasers to get to know their neighbours and build connections. Attendees enjoyed food and drinks, and participated in a range of family-friendly activities, including the naming of our very first park. Scroll below to find out our park’s new name!

“It’s exciting to be Brabham’s first resident. I didn’t think I would be buying my first home as soon as I am, but I was attracted to the area because it offered me lots of space in an attractive location. I’m looking forward to starting building later this year, getting involved in the community and enjoying the parks.
Being able to access schemes like the First Home Owner Grant and HomeBuilder is great and gives me even more choice when it comes to building my first home. Space is important for me and the lot sizes at Brabham allow for features like a large garage where I can work on my own motorbikes.”

"When deciding on where I wanted to build my first home, I wanted to make sure we were building within a close-knit community, for my son and I to enjoy.
Being close to schools, parks and the Sikh community is important for my family. My son is very excited to be attending the local school, where we look forward to meeting new friends and local families.
