March 2025 Project Update

February saw significant progress in Stage 7B, with multiple milestones reached. The retaining wall program is now over 50% complete, with works advancing through both Greenham and Harbury areas. Additionally, engineering access on Oaken is complete, enabling a large number of engineers to access the site.

Looking ahead, we will focus on completing the remaining roadworks and kerb installation throughout the remainder of the stage. The Common Service Trenches have also commenced and will continue into April. Asphalt installation is forecast to take place once these preparatory works are finished.

In April, we will be moving forward with access to the remaining portion of the site, following the completion of the roadworks. Builders will be notified as we approach this phase to ensure smooth coordination and access.

Exciting progress is also being made at Frederick Reserve, with footpaths nearing completion. Civil works are expected to be fully completed by the end of this month.

February 2025 Project Update

Underground services are complete. Retaining wall programme progressing well now with Greenham Street well in progress.
Roadworks have commenced with the first layer down. Sub-base placement will start end of this week, followed shortly after with kerb installation. As February brings the warmer weather, our team is energised to keep the work moving forward. 

Frederick Reserve basin works are complete, footpath base has been prepped with concrete to follow shortly. It’s all hands on deck as we approach the next exciting phase, where our landscapers will begin transforming the space!

December 2024 Project Update

Bulk Earthworks are now complete. Underground services are continuing with sewer install is at final stages and stormwater is progressing quickly with Oaken Street compete and the remainder to be finished by the end of this month. Water install is also complete on Oaken Street and the remainder are progressing.

The retaining wall program is continuing nicely with the majority of steel and sleepers installed on Oaken Street.

Frederick Reserve bulk earthworks are taking shape with footpath prep in place, and civil works are forecast to be complete in February 2025. Frederick Park nature play design is advancing and we are aiming to commence delivery in March 2025.

Works will cease for Christmas shutdown on 16^th December and re-commence in January. The programme will see road works starting in the new year, with CST and curbs right after.

              At this stage engineering access is looking to be available on Oaken Street for February, so please get in contact with your builder.

November 2024 Project Update

Bulk Earthworks are nearing completion with final benching and allotments to be completed before month's end. 

Underground services have commenced, with sewer installation almost at completion, stormwater works have begun, and water install to start any day.

The retaining wall program has started.

Frederick Park Reserve earthworks are progressing well and will be completed by the end of November.

October 2024 Project Update

October has been a huge month of progress on site, with topsoil strip completed and bulk earthworks commencing. By end of month, the benching of lots will be complete.

Underground, sewer works commenced with the remainder to be completed in the next week, followed by installation of the stormwater.

Next month will see the beginning of our retaining wall programme which will truly shape the lay of the land.

Frederick Park Reserve bulk earthworks have also commenced.

September 2024 Project Update

We are pleased to announce that the civil works for Stage 7B at Frederick Park and Frederick Park Reserve have reached a major milestone, as construction has commenced. This stage includes 88 individual allotments, pocket reserves, and the expansive Frederick Park Reserve.

Exciting changes are underway! This week marks the beginning of the transformation with the stripping of topsoil. We anticipate that bulk earthworks will be well underway by the end of the month.
