April 10th 2024 Project Update
March saw a big push on road works with subbase rolled and kerbs commencing. By the end of this week machine kerbing will be completed, with handworks continuing on the finer details.
Retaining walls are continuing and as noted with the last update there has been some delay in the retaining program. We appreciate your patience whilst we continue works. The installation of the retaining walls is a complex process and we have been working closely with builders and engineers regarding availability for engineering access.
Common Services works have commenced- works will progress over April; footpath prep and pour to follow thereafter. We will be aiming for basecourse to be laid next week (pending weather) in readiness for asphalt to be down second half of April.
Please note, CST works will limit access for engineering on particular blocks so we will do our best to accommodate engineering access requests where reasonable.
