Daniel Chadwick
Twenty-five year old airport worker Daniel Chadwick is looking forward to moving into his first home in July at The Avenue after looking for the past year and a half.
“After visiting a friend who bought in one of the earlier stages of The Avenue several times, it looked like the area was developing really well,” said Daniel.
“I’d been looking for 12 to 18 months for a place to build my first home and decided The Avenue would be a good fit based on the location and having friends close by.”

Interior design workshop for residents 😍
In April, residents of The Avenue Estate enjoyed a FREE Interior Design Workshop! A number of people brought their floor plans and were able to discuss these with interior designer Wilma, and get advice for their particular home.

For 28-year-old vet Holly Brown, her perfect home was a ‘no fuss’ alternative as a Peet Complete home. “By purchasing through Peet Complete I was able to step straight into my brand new home - completely finished – everything including all the landscaping, fencing and internal paint,” Holly said.
Coffee Catch Up at The Avenue
On Sunday May 28th, residents of The Avenue enjoyed a Coffee Catch Up within the estate. The sunny morning attracted around 20 residents and 2 dogs. It was a lovely relaxed time with a combination of regular attendees who stayed the whole time and some new faces who had not attended anything before.

First homebuyers Erin Cobban and her fiancé Satria Leech were glad they bought quickly when the land was released at The Avenue. “We’re lucky we did – there were other people wanting to buy the same lot,” said Erin.
Festive Holiday Catch Up At The Avenue
Many residents both old and new enjoyed a social barbecue catch up at The Avenue in the lead up to Christmas, with food, drinks and festivities galore! There were even freshly baked Christmas cupcakes made by one of the residents to share.
