• The $1k deposit constitutes the initial deposit to the builder when signing the preliminary works contract and the initial deposit on the land contract to the land owner (total cash deposit required on sign up is $1000)
• The customer will be required to obtain finance approval and depending on the eligibility requirements of the financier a further cash contribution by the customer will be required upon settlement of the finance contract.
• Promotion available for the Perth building regions and is open from 1st December 2018 to 31st January 2019.
• Promotion applies only to selected blocks in Peet estates. Please contact our Peet Land Sales Representative or Homebuyers Centre New Homes Sales Consultant for more information.
• This offer is not valid with any other promotion by Homebuyers Centre.
