Purdon Planning have been appointed to assist Peet in the Community Consultation process for Onderra. Like Peet, Purdon understand and promote the importance of engaging with the community on planning and development matters to achieve long-term, sustainable outcomes that benefit all.

Planning is already well-advanced and, following Community Consultation, the Development Application for Onderra is expected to be submitted in the first half of 2024. Sales of the first terraces and townhouses are anticipated to commence in the coming years.
