Approved BCAR
Under the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016, Googong Township Pty Ltd is required to prepare a Biodiversity Certification Assessment Report (BCAR) which assesses the impact of development on the biodiversity values of land in Googong. GTPL have prepared a draft report on Neighbourhoods 3-5, which is available for community consultation here. Community consultation is currently underway, with feedback closing 5pm Friday 23/4/2021. Following a review of feedback the document will be submitted to NSW Government for approval. A copy of the final approved document will be uploaded to this page in due course.
