Riverbank Case Study - Karen Nightingale
Back in early 2017, Karen and her husband Alan were supporting their son Nic and his partner Jess look for land. After inspecting a few options around the local area, Riverbank emerged as a strong option, not only for Nic and Jess but also Karen and Alan.
“We had no intention of moving, but I was so impressed with the Riverbank community I talked my husband into downsizing, but upgrading, our home,” shared Karen Nightingale.
Karen says she noticed a nice ‘feel’ to the community. In addition to this, Riverbank offers excellent value for block sizes, is close to amenities and surrounded by tranquil green spaces. Everything she could have hoped for in a new home.
“The lure of Riverbank proved too much, and we knew we needed start the next chapter of our lives in the community.”
Since moving in, Karen and her husband have settled in seamlessly. “We have regular get-togethers, community events, working bees and look out for each other – it’s truly a friendly and welcoming community,” she says.
“Through the support of Peet, we were even able to host our son’s engagement party and then COVID-19 affected wedding at one of Riverbank’s parks with all the neighbours present. It really is a special place to us.”
When new blocks came available on the Waterside Esplanade, Karen and Alan snapped up their final, dream home at Riverbank.
“I thoroughly recommend Riverbank to anyone and everyone, thanks to its supportive and engaged community.”
