Peet is committed to the interest of its residents and providing the community key development updates of the Hilbert Park Estate.
Hilbert Park Estate was established by Peet, who will be transitioning out of the project management role due to the recent the sale of the community.
Peet is dedicated to ensuring the transition into the next phase of development is seamless for residents to preserve the community.
As of April 2023, ownership and delivery of any future development will be decided by the future party.
Given this process is commercial in nature, we are unable to provide any further information at this stage.
The management of Hilbert Park by a new local developer will come into effect by April 2023.
Due to commercial sensitivities, we are unable to share the name of the new owners at this stage.
Peet encountered challenges with the planning and development of the estate and has undertaken the steps to prepare the estate for the new owners. It has now come for the next phase for Hilbert Park Estate, which will see Peet transition out of the project management role of the community.
Peet will share all plans and approvals which have been secured with the new owner. It will then be at the owner’s discretion as to how they deliver the remainder of the development.
Due to the recent sale of the undeveloped portion of the Estate, the ongoing development of Hilbert Park will now be managed by the new local property developer.
Peet will continue to honour any fencing or landscaping rebates that have not expired. Please refer to the expiry dates listed in your contract of sale. Once your home is complete, please contact Peet Customer Relations to redeem the rebate.
Peet is unable to forecast or comment on future variations of property prices in Hilbert Park, or any other specific location. Market shifts in property prices do occur and are influenced by many different and varying factors.

No. Each development operates as independent commercial entity and revenue from the sale of Hilbert Park will not go directly to funding development activities at The Avenue.
