Golden Bay also took home the award for Excellence in Social & Community Infrastructure which recognises public or private sector organisations that have demonstrated leadership and innovation in delivering social infrastructure projects.
"Golden Bay's coastal positioning attracts an array of purchasers seeking attainable price points and award-winning social infrastructure. With great involvement from the community, we have focused on delivering infrastructure that caters to a range of lifestyles, while encouraging inclusivity and engagement," said Peet Managing Director and CEO Brendan Gore.
The development of Golden Bay's Shipwreck Cove, Treehouse Cove and soon-to-be-completed Golden Bay's Ladder, has centred on the masterful incorporation of the site's natural features into landscape design.
Located 60 kilometres south of Perth, Golden Bay's carefully considered design embraces the development's enviable beachside location, by ensuring every household sits within two kilometres of Perth's pristine coastline. Golden Bay has made coastal living attainable, with a strong focus on diversity, community, affordability and accessibility.
