This is the perfect time to live close to Queanbeyan. Planning is underway for a town centre revitalisation, bringing with it a period of transformation that will retain country heart in a contemporary city.
The Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council has undertaken consultation on the Queanbeyan CBD Spatial Masterplan between 2017 and 2019 to ensure the Plan reflects community needs.
Stage 1 has already begun, including a new pedestrian and cyclist bridge extending the river walk to come soon.
