Development Update 4

Streets have been established in the first stages of Jumping Creek and visitors are welcome to drive through these areas, including the Creekview Release, to take in the views and see the site opportunity first-hand. Civil works are progressing on the next stage, with creek crossings and rehabilitation of creek line reserves progressing well. Woody weed removal and soil erosion repairs are continuing across the large open space parkland.  We ask that you please keep out of these fenced works areas while this important work is completed.

Footings are in for a new viewing deck at the highest point of the site at the end of Bushland View, which will feature a beautiful wedge-tailed eagle sculpture by Fleedwood Urban – an important totem of the local Nambri people.  This viewing platform will be completed in October 2024.

It is exciting to see that construction of the first homes in Jumping Creek have commenced, in a location that is already promising to deliver spectacular residences. Jumping Creek offers the largest suburban lots in the region, and yet it has all the convenience of and inner suburb being on the doorstep of the Queanbeyan CBD and just a 15-minute drive from Canberra City. This is truly a unique opportunity.

Our \Sales Centre is open at the entrance to Jumping Creek at the corner of Ellerton Drive and Jumping Creek Road, from 3pm-5m Thursday and Friday, and 2pm-4pm Saturday and Sunday. The Centre offers extensive views across the site and a scale model to assist you in your deliberations. Escorted site visits are also available for the discerning buyer.
