Construction works are progressing well at Jumping Creek, with earthworks in the first two stages mostly complete and hydraulic pipe works underway.
The shared path on the northern side of Ellerton Drive has been reinstated, following the completion of infrastructure services (water, electricity and NBN) to the junction of the site.
Roadworks for the main entrance off Ellerton Drive have recently commenced (and are expected to be completed by the end of August), requiring implementation of temporary traffic management with lane closures and redirection.
Within the site, the creek crossing of Jumping Creek has been formed, and you will see roads and kerbs start to roll out in the first two stages in the next month. The first lots are expected to settle late this year, so you will see a significant amount of change on the site over the coming months.
50% of the project has been sold to date, and we expect interest in this exciting project to continue to grow in line with progress on site. We are planning to open a sales office on site late this year/early next, so now is a great time to explore this opportunity ahead of wider scrutiny.
