Design Guidelines
Before building, homebuyers must submit their house plans to Peet for approval. This can be done at any time after the contract of sale has been signed.
First Home Owners Grant
In addition, eligible first home buyers entering into contracts on or after 1 July 2017, will benefit from paying no stamp duty on properties valued up to $600,000. Properties between $600,001 and $750,000 will receive a tapered discount.

Bonus solar panel offer
The offer will include a contribution of up to $3,500* towards the provision of a 3kW solar energy system including solar panels and a solar inverter.

^The future wetlands, proposed sports grounds, and proposed town centre are provided for in the Tarneit North Precinct Structure Plan September 2014 but are subject to delivery by third parties, site and market conditions, regulatory approvals, final plans and other factors. ^The Victorian Government has announced the 2026 delivery of a new train station at Tarneit West situated within Newhaven. The government has confirmed that the new station will include a bus interchange, parking for up to 400 commuters and a pedestrian crossing.
